About Team Taylor
Vanessa was born in Santa Barbara, CA. She then spent many years in the Sarasota, FL area before finally fulfilling her dream and returning back to her home state of California. This time, settling in the quaint historic area of Grass Valley in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Foothills of Northern California. She lives there with her husband Nate Taylor and their three children. They enjoy being a part of the community here and all the nature-based activities which the area showcases so well. Vanessa cares very much about the education system and serves on the Board of Directors at Twin Ridges Home Study Charter School in Nevada City.Vanessa graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from the University of South Florida with her BA in Business Management. She has worked in the areas of finance, banking, investments and real estate for over 23 years. Her experience with sales, customer service, finance, the art of negotiating, and a keen business sense are just some of the skills she brings to the table as your Realtor.
Nate is also a real estate agent, and they have teamed up to offer clients double the experience and expertise- two agents for the the price of one! He has lived in the Grass Valley area over 35 years and has seen a lot of changes in the local market. Nothing is more exciting to him than helping clients find the home of their dreams. You can count on him to always do what is in your best interest. Nate prides himself on being honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in the real estate market. He knows how important it is to find the right home or get the best offer for your property.
